# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 407: Amendment of Article 1 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014


(1) Article 1 (subject matter and scope) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, omit point (e).
(3) In paragraph 2, for the words from “Competent Authorities” to “service providers”, substitute “The CAA”.
