# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 408: Amendment of Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014


(1) Article 2 (definitions) is amended as follows.
(2) In point 7, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(3) Omit point 8.
(4) In point 9, for “Competent Authority” substitute “CAA”.
(5) In point 10—
(a) “for Competent Authority” substitute “CAA”;
(b) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
