# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 411: Amendment of Article 5 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014


(1) Article 5 (exemptions) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraph 1.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a) for “Member State” substitute “CAA”;
(b) for the words from “they shall inform” to the end substitute “the CAA must revoke the exemption”.
(4) Omit paragraphs 3 and 4.
