# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 416: Amendment of Article 10 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014


In Article 10 (wildlife hazard management), in both places the words occur, for “Member States” substitute “The CAA”.
