# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 43: Amendment of Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 996/2010


In Article 9 (obligation to notify accidents and serious incidents), in paragraph 2—
(a) omit “the Commission, EASA,”;
(b) omit “, the Member States”.
