# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 45: Amendment of Article 11 of Regulation (EU) No 996/2010


In Article 11 (status of safety investigators), in paragraph 2—
(a) for “the legal acts of the Union or national” substitute “any relevant”;
(b) in point (g) omit “EASA”.
