# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 46: Amendment of Article 12 of Regulation (EU) No 996/2010


In Article 12 (coordination of investigations), in paragraph 3—
(a) in the first paragraph, for “Member States shall ensure that safety investigation authorities” substitute “The Secretary of State must ensure that the safety investigation authority”;
(b) omit the last paragraph.
