Article 16 (investigation report) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 3—
(a)
omit “including EASA,”;
(b)
for “applicable rules of professional secrecy” substitute “obligations of confidentiality under any relevant law”.

In paragraph 4—
(a)
omit “including EASA,”;
(b)
for “applicable rules of professional secrecy” substitute “obligations of confidentiality under any relevant law”.
(4)
In paragraph 8 omit point (c).
