# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 51: Amendment of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 996/2010


(1) Article 17 (safety recommendations) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, omit “Member States or third”.
(3) In paragraph 2, at the start, for “A” substitute “The”.
