# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 55: Amendment of Article 22 of Regulation (EU) No 996/2010


In Article 22 (access to documents and protection of personal data)—
(a) omit paragraph 1;
(b) in paragraph 2, for the words from “Directive 95/46/EC” to the end substitute “data protection legislation within the meaning of section 3(9) of the Data Protection Act 2018 (c.12)”.
