# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 62: Amendment of Article 3 of Regulation (EU) No 376/2014


(1) Article 3 (subject matter and scope) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, omit point (e).
(3) In paragraph 2, in the last paragraph, for “Member States” substitute “The Secretary of State”.
