  "text": "(1) Article 5 (voluntary reporting) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1, for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.\n(3) In paragraph 2, for “Each Member State” substitute “The CAA”.\n(4) Omit paragraphs 3 and 5.\n(5) In paragraph 6—\n(a) for the words from “a Member State” to “Agency” substitute “the United Kingdom”;\n(b) for the words from “competent authority” to “Article 6(3)” substitute “the CAA”;\n(c) for “Member States” substitute “The CAA”;\n(d) for “their territory” substitute “the United Kingdom”.\n(6) In paragraph 7—\n(a) for “Member States, the Agency” substitute “The CAA”;\n(b) for “paragraphs 1, 2 and 3” substitute “paragraphs 1 and 2”;\n(c) for “those set out in Article 6(3)” substitute “the CAA”.",
