# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 75: Amendment of Article 20 of Regulation (EU) No 376/2014


In Article 20 (access to documents and protection of personal data)—
(a) omit paragraph 1;
(b) in paragraph 2, for the words from “national legal acts” to the end substitute “data protection legislation within the meaning of section 3(9) of the Data Protection Act 2018 (c.12)”.
