Article 4 (principles for measures under this Regulation) is amended as follows.

for “the Commission, the Agency and the Member States” substitute “the Secretary of State and the CAA”;

(b)

omit point (f);

(c)

in point (h), for “Union and of the Member States” substitute “United Kingdom”.
