Regulation 9 Amendment of Article 3 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 3922/91

Article 3, paragraph 1, is amended as follows—

(a)

for “Without prejudice to Article 11, the common” substitute “The”;

(b)

for “Community” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(c)

for “commercial transportation by aeroplane” substitute “air taxi, emergency medical service and single pilot commercial air transport operations”.
