# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 31


In article 127 (aeroplanes registered in the United Kingdom – public transport operating conditions and performance requirements), in paragraph (4), for the words “neither EU-OPS aeroplanes nor” substitute “not”.
