# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 3: Amendment of Article 5 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012


In Article 5 (air operations), in paragraph 2(a), after sub-paragraph (iv) insert—
“(v) operations with operational credit;”.
