  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in S.I. 2024/1290 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Regulations laid before Parliament under paragraphs 2(1) to (3), 5(1) and 5(2) of Schedule 5 to the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nRetained Eu Law Reform\nCivil Aviation\nMade ***\nComing into force 1st December 2025\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2018 on common rules in the field of civil aviation and sections 14(1), 14(2) and 14(4)(c) of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (“the 2023 Act”).\nThe Secretary of State is a relevant national authority for the purposes of sections 14(1) and 14(2) of the 2023 Act.",
