# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 3: Amendment of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139


(1) Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2018 on common rules in the field of civil aviation is amended as follows.
(2) In article 62 (certification, oversight and enforcement), in paragraph 14, omit point (e).
(3) In article 69 (qualified entities), in paragraph 1, omit the words “in accordance with regulations made under point (e) of the first sub-paragraph of Article 62(14)”.
