# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 2: Amendment of Schedule 13 to the Air Navigation Order 2016


(1) Schedule 13 (penalties) to the Air Navigation Order 2016 is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 2 (provisions referred to in article 265(6)), in Chapter 4, omit the entry for “SPA.ETOPS.100”.
