In Attachment 6-B—

(a)

under “Consignor’s responsibilities”, in the second paragraph, in point (c), omit “EU”;

(b)

in the third paragraph, omit “EU”;

(c)

omit the fourth paragraph;

(d)

in the seventh paragraph, omit “AEO certificate number and the date of the last examination of this site by customs authorities, if applicable”;

(e)

in point (c) in the second paragraph under “Consignor’s responsibilities” omit “EU”.
