# The Aviation Security (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 123: Amendment of Chapter 9 (airport supplies)


(1) Chapter 9 of the Annex is amended as follows.
(2) Omit point 9.1.2.2.
(3) In point 9.1.3.4, omit “EU”.
(4) Omit points 9.2 and 9.3.3.
