Regulation 13 Amendment of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008
In Article 10 (national civil aviation security programme), in paragraph 1—
(a)
in the first subparagraph, for “Every Member State” substitute “The appropriate authority”;
(b)
in the second subparagraph, omit “common”.
