Regulation 26 Amendment of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008

for points (a) and (b) of paragraph 2 substitute—

“(a)

they arrive from a domestic airport; or

(b)

they arrive from any other airport designated by the appropriate authority.”;

for points (c) and (d) of paragraph 3 substitute—

“(c)

they arrive from a domestic airport; or

(d)

they arrive from any other airport designated by the appropriate authority.”.
