In point 6.3.1.2—
(a) in the first subparagraph of point (a) omit “of the Member State”;
(b) in point (b)—
(i) in the first subparagraph omit “EU”;
(ii) omit the second subparagraph;
(c) in points (c) and (d), omit “Union”;
