for “ACC3’s” substitute “UK-ACC3’s”;

omit “Union”;

for a “maximum period of five years” substitute “period of five years, unless the appropriate authority determines that the designation shall cease to be valid on an earlier date or determines that the designation remains valid for a further period not exceeding three months”.
