Regulation 96 Amendment of Chapter 6 (cargo and mail)

For point 6.8.4.1 substitute—

“6.8.4.

Entities from another country being, or intending to be, part of the supply chain of an air carrier holding the status of UK-ACC3, may be designated as either ‘regulated agent for another country’ (RA3) or ‘third country known consignor’ (KC3).”.
