# The Aviation Security (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 98: Amendment of Chapter 6 (cargo and mail)


In point 6.8.4.4(b), for “an EU aviation security validation report” substitute “an assessment by the appropriate authority of relevant evidence (which for the purpose of this Regulation may include a validation report)”.
