Regulation 3 Notices to provide information

(1)

The CAA must collect statistical data for the purposes of the Statistical Returns Regulation.

(2)

For the purposes of Article 4(2) of the Statistical Returns Regulation, the CAA may serve a notice requiring a respondent to supply information.

(3)

The notice—

(a)

may require the information to be supplied periodically;

(b)

must—

(i)

specify the form and manner in which the respondent must supply the information,

(ii)

if the CAA requires it to be supplied periodically, specify how frequently the information must be provided, and

(iii)

prescribe the time limit within which the information must be supplied.
