# The Bank Recovery and Resolution Order 2014, Article 100: Building societies


(1) In section 84 (application of Part 1: general), in the Table omit the entry for section 11.
(2) Section 85 (temporary public ownership) is amended as follows.
(3) In subsection (1) for “fourth” substitute “fifth”.
(4) In subsection (8)—
(a) omit “22”,
(b) after “25” insert “, 48Z”, and
(c) for “72 and 73” substitute “73 and 83Z2”.
