# The Bank Recovery and Resolution Order 2014, Article 116: Proceedings before Upper Tribunal


In section 133 (proceedings before Tribunal: general provision), in subsection (7A), at the end insert—
“(o) a decision to take action under section 83ZR of the Banking Act 2009.”.
