# The Bank Recovery and Resolution Order 2014, Article 124: Financial Services Act 2012


In section 61 of the Financial Services Act 2012 (Treasury power of direction), in subsection (2)(b), after “2009” insert “or the making by the Bank of a mandatory reduction instrument within the meaning of section 6B of that Act”.
