# The Bank Recovery and Resolution Order 2014, Article 127: Amendment of the Banking Act 2009 (Banking Group Companies) Order 2014


In article 2(1) of the Banking Act 2009 (Banking Group Companies) Order 2014, for the definition of “the bank” substitute—
““the bank”, in relation to any undertaking, means the bank, EU institution or third country institution in the same group as the undertaking,”.
