# The Bank Recovery and Resolution Order 2014, Article 31: Supplemental share transfer instruments


(1) Section 26 (supplemental instruments) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), after “11(2)” insert “or 12(2)”.
(3) In subsection (6), after “11(2)” insert “or 12(2)”.
