# The Bank Recovery and Resolution Order 2014, Article 41: Transfer of property subsequent to resolution instrument


In section 41A (transfer of property subsequent to resolution instrument), in subsection (3) for “Sections 7 and 8A do” substitute “Section 7 does”.
