# The Bank Recovery and Resolution Order 2014, Article 42: Supplementary instruments


(1) Section 42 (supplemental instruments) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), after “12(2)” insert “, 12ZA(3)”.
(3) In subsection (4), for “8A” substitute “8ZA”.
(4) In subsection (6), after “12(2)” insert “, 12ZA(3)”.
