Article 60 Reverse transfer

Section 48W (reverse transfer) is amended as follows.

In subsection (6)(a) for “bail-in administrator” substitute “resolution administrator”.

In subsection (8) for “Sections 7 and 8A do” substitute “Section 7 does”.
