  "text": "(1) In section 52 (transfer to bridge bank), for subsection (1) substitute—\n“(1) This section applies if the Bank of England makes—\n(a) a share transfer instrument or a property transfer instrument under section 12(2), or\n(b) a property transfer instrument under section 12ZA(3).”.\n(2) Accordingly, in the heading of that section, for “bridge bank” substitute “resolution company”.",
