# The Bank Recovery and Resolution Order 2014, Article 73: Continuity obligations: onward property transfers


In section 65 (continuity obligations: onward property transfers), in subsection (1)(a)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (i), after “12(2)” insert “or 12ZA(3)”, and
(b) in sub-paragraph (ii), after “transferred by” insert “a share transfer instrument under section 12(2) or”.
