# The Bank Recovery and Resolution Order 2014, Article 80: Disputes


(1) In section 73 (disputes), in subsection (1)—
(a) before paragraph (a) insert—
“(za) mandatory reduction instruments,”,
and
(b) omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (c) and after paragraph (d) insert—
“, and
(e) third-country instruments.”.
