Article 84 Public funds: general

Section 78 (public funds: general) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), after “exercise” insert “the power to make a mandatory reduction instrument or”.
(3)
In subsection (4), after “exercises of” insert “the power to make a mandatory reduction instrument or”.
