# The Bank Recovery and Resolution Order 2014, Article 86: Public funds: resolution company


(1) In section 79 (public funds: bridge bank), for “bridge bank”, in both places it occurs, substitute “resolution company”.
(2) Accordingly, in the heading of that section for “bridge bank” substitute “resolution company”.
