  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nBanks And Banking\nFinancial Services And Markets\nMade ***\nComing into force 1st January 2015\nThe Treasury are designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to financial services.\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of that Act, makes the following Order.\nA draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 2 to that Act.",
