Article 34 Restrictions on disclosure of confidential information

In section 348(5) (restrictions on disclosure of confidential information by FCA, PRA etc)f1, after paragraph (c) insert—

“(zd)

a person appointed to act as a temporary manager by the FCA or the PRA under section 71C;”.
