# The Banking Act 2009 (Service Providers to Payment Systems) Order 2017, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Banking Act 2009 (Service Providers to Payment Systems) Order 2017.
(2) Parts 1, 2 and 4 come into force on 30th November 2017.
(3) Part 3 comes into force on 13th January 2018.
