# The Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2016, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2016 and comes into force on 30th November 2016.
