  "text": "(1) The register of insolvencies maintained by AiB under section 200(1)(c) of the Act is to be in the form specified in schedule 2.\n(2) Information need not be included in the register of insolvencies where AiB is of the opinion that inclusion of the information would be likely to put any person at risk of violence or otherwise jeopardise the safety or welfare of any person.",
