  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Kempston are abolished.\n(2) The parish is divided into four wards named respectively—\n(a) Kempston Central and East;\n(b) Kempston North;\n(c) Kempston South;\n(d) Kempston West.\n(3) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(4) Six councillors are to be elected for Kempston Central and East ward.\n(5) Two councillors are to be elected for each of the following wards:\n(a) Kempston North;\n(b) Kempston South;\n(c) Kempston West.",
