In Article 14 (reporting of infringements)—
(a) in paragraph 1, for “competent authority” substitute “FCA”;
(b) in paragraph 2—
(i) in the first subparagraph, for “competent authority” substitute “FCA”;
(ii) omit the second subparagraph.
