(a)

in paragraph 1—

(i)

in the opening words, for “ESMA” substitute “The FCA”;

(ii)

in point (a), for “the competent authorities responsible for the supervision thereof” substitute “that the FCA is responsible for the supervision thereof”;

(iii)

in point (c), for “referred to in Article 32(7)” substitute “provided by the administrator in accordance with Article 32(5) which may be used in the United Kingdom”;

(b)
